It started with a blog post, that led to an email, which created a string of replies.
Then a date was set and a meeting was held. After the dust settled, a prototype surfaced which ignited a creative fire. A team emerged and got to work and after many hours of hard work by a small collective of creatives, the first issue of SPOT! was born.
SPOT!, is our new bi-monthly digital memento (or simply a micro-magazine) that will shed light on some of Los Angeles’ best kept secrets in music, entertainment, art, lifestyle, and places to eat drink and be merry! It will focus on people, places that you may not know but should. Most importantly, it will bridge the gap between Los Angeles and one of it’s best kept secrets, the City of Whittier—the place SPOT! was born.
